root@om-gta02 /etc/X11 # ls
Xdefaults       Xinit           Xinit.d         Xserver         Xsession        
Xsession.d      xmodmap         xorg.conf       xserver-common

It seems there's not xorg.conf-opkg at all, and upgrade didn't removed any 
package nor it gave any warning about new conf files [1]
