Oops,
For xorg-xserver 1.9.4 I only had to change the height/width check,
1.10.1 needed the touchscreen fix, and I just copied the rrandr.patch
from 1.9.4. I can probably look at this tommorow night.

It's working perfectly with 0 and 1 orientation. With 2 and 3, touchscreen axis
are reversed
