Please keep all replies on the mailing list. Also, bear in mind that I initially installed from SD, but that this time frame roughly (I didn't actually time it or anything) held true for first boot after I flashed from SD as well. Depending on the details (I didn't investigate thoroughly) multiple reboots may be required (I just assumed that it was freezing until the start screen magically started working).
