it is long time that I don't work on estardict, but maybe in the next
future I'll do something...
For changing the font size I created two slides Scale and Finger on the
Settings tab

but I dont remember if they are enable on the SHR, probably not...
because these changes will have effect on all the elementary
applications. In any case on SHR you can change the size on the SHR
setting for Elementary applications.
