Admittedly, the final 'emx' is still just a symbolic link (since there's no "non-emx" version yet). However, the path _is_ valid, and _works_ without problems in NcFTP, IBM FTP client (text mode) distributed with OS/2 TCP/IP v4.3, Links and Mozilla (and probably many others - I've just checked it under these only). If it doesn't work correctly for you, it's some problem with the FTP client you used most probably.
