i confirm that we submitted draft-ymbk-rpki-rtr-protocol as a wg
document irrespective of the status of draft-pmohapat-sidr-pfx-validate
(which should be out in -07 shortly).
i merely meant to note that there was a normative reference to it from
draft-pmohapat-sidr-pfx-validate, and hence draft-ymbk-rpki-rtr-protocol
was forced to come out of the closet of running code.
