Dear Reza,
of coz, siesta can give your PDOS and LDOS you want.
first, you should set up data block for dos information in you siesta input
%block  ProjectedDensityOfStates
 -20 10 0.1  300    eV
%endblock ProjectedDensityOfStates

please refer to userguide for more information you need.
