Dear all , Can any one discuss that how to choose proper cut of radius for different orbitals for pseudopotential calculation of an atom . Is it depends upon the system we are going to study? For example, i have to calculate pseudopotential for C ,Is it will be diffrent for Diamond, Graphine, Carbon nanotube ?
