[SIESTA-L] problem while compliing vibra on parallel IBM machine

hello siesta user,
i able to install the siesta 2.0 in IBM machine, with -q64 option in the 
arch.make file. But when i try to compile vibra by typing make in vibra 
directory it give me the following error

So how can i compile properly
