Dear Hana,
Firstly it's better to compile the code in serial mode, if is OK then you can
do in parallel mode. If it's still error, in principle it comes from MPI
problems (OpenMPI installed, mpif90, libraries,...). Intel compilers and lntel
library are free for Linux, you can get the best perfomence with Intel's, I can
send you the arch.make for Intel and OpenMPI if you like.
