 Thank you for your answer, but I donot think so, because I have run an
example in the siesta, and it runs well.  Maybe only when I use  "routine" ,
a problem-specic "constr" routine should be written by users. What I want
to do is fix the gold positions in the bottom three layers. But I am not
sure whether I am right or not. I cannot understand the manual very well.
