Dear All:
You did not find siesta-3.0-b in your download area
rightly so, because siesta-3.0-rc-1 had replaced it.
But due to this issue, we have just uploaded, as well
siesta-3.0-b (so you can obtain it if you need).
Nevertheless, that problem we think has been solved
in siesta-3.0-rc2 which is going to be uploaded as well
pretty soon (it is in testing phase)
