Dear Developers,
please, note that in siesta3rc1 (haven't tried rc2)
when ghost atoms are used, their core charge is still counted in Total
ionic charge in the output, which is quite misleading:
(e.g. for 1 ghost H)
Total number of electrons: 176.000000
Total ionic charge: 177.000000
(although there is no line about charged cell and Madelung corrections)
Another problem, or rather a request:
it is currently impossible to create a ghost of a synthetic atom.
As soon as the program meets Z < -200 it stops with
QVLOFZ: ERROR: Z out of range
Alexander.
