WSxM can read binary files from Siesta without any convertation.
I am not sure about WSxM version 3.0 which you use, try version 4.0 - it
works.

When you try to open, specify in 'File type' field of WSxM: 'SIESTA
calculated LDOS files (*.LDOS)'
