yes I have compiled my transiesta executable by myself, and I compiled it successfully. when I run the transiesta without mpirun，（using the transiesta < 123.fdf | tee 123.out）there is no mistake. in addition, I have added "source the mkl/XXXXXX/tools/environment/mklvarsem64t.sh" in the end of .bashrc file. by the way, I didn't install the MKL as root. did it affect ? the math libraries are as follows: BLAS_LIBS=-L/home/supercaq/intel/mkl/10.2.1.017/lib/em64t -lmkl_solver_lp64 -lmkl_intel_lp64 -lguide LAPACK_LIBS=-L/home/supercaq/intel/mkl/10.2.1.017/lib/em64t -lmkl_sequential -lmkl_core BLACS_LIBS=-L/home/supercaq/intel/mkl/10.2.1.017/lib/em64t -lmkl_blacs_lp64 SCALAPACK_LIBS=-L/home/supercaq/intel/mkl/10.2.1.017/lib/em64t -lmkl_scalapack_lp64 -lmkl_intel_thread please give me some suggestions again. thank you!
