There are many visualization packages that can handle large data files
With netcdf format, so if you compile siesta with the option, you'll 
have more choices to do post processing. As for blacs and scalapack
options, they are MUST to include as long as you want to use siesta on
a cluster and your system is large.

HI siesta users,

    I do have a question about the options when configuring siesta.

what kind of use do I get when I compiled the program with the "Optional
Packages" such as;

--with-netcdf
--with-blacs
--with-scalapack

I highly appriciate some explanation on the above. Thank you very much for
