Unfortunately I'm not in Iran. What doesn't make sense to me is that accordance to User's Guide of siesta I have to use this instruction " transiesta < elec.fast.fdf > elec.fast.out " without calling the program from its path and even without having the program in the same directory which I'm working. It is simple I enter this construction "transiesta < elec.fast.fdf > elec.fast.out" and this comment shows up. I don't maybe there is a problem with compiling of transiesta. Accordance to User's Guide of siesta I put make transiesta and I see this error which is attached. and then I used another one which is: make zgesv_lapack.a and then make Please help me. thanks in advances, Reza.
