[SIESTA-L] how to resolve a parallel compilation error in siesta-3.0-b ?

I m using Ubuntu 14.04 ltsi have  added openmpi , blacs and scalapack from 
ubuntu software center.Following error manifests in the end of compilation 
process :-
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lscalapack/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lblacscollect2: 
error: ld returned 1 exit statusmake: *** [siesta] Error 1
