[SIESTA-L] error:Electrodes extend into the transport direction

Dear transiesta users,I'm working on 4ZGNR to get the IV characteristic, but I 
have this error when I use the trunk version:
>>ERROR: Unitcell has the electrode extend into the transport direction
>>Electrodes extend into the transport direction. Please change the geometry.
The same structure works well using the regular transiesta,  this error only 
occurs when I switch to the trunk version of transiesta.
Any help?
