Hi all. I am doing nose MD simulation for the diffusion of silver ion in silica. I am not sure how to set the following two parameters:
MD.LengthTimeStep ???? MD.InitialTimeStep ???? MD.FinalTimeStep ???? The confusion is that should the length of time step and number of time steps be chosen in accordance with the actual phenomena which is silver diffusion in my case. Regards Younas Khan
