You may use the CNT as the electrode. But it all depends on what you want
to simulate. You need to figure out what system you want to simulate.
Secondly, the transmission will, of course, depend on the choice of
electrode. Remember that the electrode is the reservoir of electrons and
thus the DOS of the electrode is important.
