Dear Transiesta users,
someone could tell me what are the units of the DOS calculated by tbtrans?
We have verified for example that the DOS of the electrode produced by TBtrans
is much smaller then that obtained with the calculation of the electrode alone
(siesta calculation) The proportionality factor can not clearly related to
characteristic of the system analyzed nor to scale factors of the DOS units.
Probably it is due to both of them but up to now our test did not give an
answer on hoe we can determine this number.
