Hello. I would like to know the physical meaning of each of the TRANSIESTA examples in the Test/TranSiesta-TBTrans folder from SIESTA-4.1-b3 distro.
>From that folder we have: - ts_au - ts_au_100 - ts_au_100_0.25V - ts_au_100_repetition - ts_au_100_repetition_0.25V - ts_au_repetition - ts_graphene - ts_term3 - ts_term4 Also, I want to point out that the manual (page 123) makes reference to files didn't come with the distro. []'s, Camps
