Dear All, I am very new to run the Transiesta and TBTrans.
I have successfully run the example of graphene in Transiesta (version-4.1-b2) ( for both electrode and scattering region)and it worked fine. Now, I want to post process the Transiesta output files using TBtrans for calculating I-V plot of the device structure. But, I am not getting any example showing such calculation. In fact, I could not find any example input file for the TBTrans ( *version-4.1-b2*). Could you please suggest me the starting point for this TBTrans operation (any tutorial, example input file structure etc. ) ? Any help in this regard is highly appreciated. Thanking you.
