Dear All, I would like to plot a phonon DOS resolved over particular atoms in my system, in a similar fashion to the standard projected DOS. How may I extract this information in practice?
I have found a presentation from 2010: http://www.home.uni-osnabrueck.de/apostnik/Lectures/APostnikov-Phonons.pdf which shows what I would like to get. On slide 21, there is an information about utility - phdos. Where can I find it? Kind regards, Karolina
