Dear Iran, your question is not clear. I have not understood if you read the manual or not. Do you want to add U correction to vdW functional or to use the two corrections on the same fdf file? The second one easy. For the second solution you need only vdW pseudos and values for LDAU blocks. You can use them at the same time.
