Good afternoon all,
I was wondering:

  * Transiesta has issues with negative coordinates or lattice vectors or not
while doing Transiesta calculations?
  * I was trying to look up in the siesta mail for the proper procedure to
use Transiesta. I could not find it but wondering in terms of getting the right
fdf format and proper procedure if anyone could go list out the steps?

Thank you very much! Looking forward to all responses!

Cheers,
EL-Abed
