First of all, what is ICA?
Second, since this is sigLINUX, I'll put in the canonical plug for GGI
(http://synergy.caltech.edu/~ggi), which is, IMHO, a prequisite for
mainstream linux (linux on every desktop, that sort of thing).
Once GGI is in place, it should be much easier to implement a windowing
system other than X - see, for example, www.debian.org/berlin for an
innovative alternative.
