ftp.the.net and redhat 5.1

Hello all,

        I was going to download redhat 5.1 from the.net, but to my
surprise, they were only mirroring 4.somethin' and 5.0. Does anyone know
who controls this (it came up several months ago, when the mirror was
started)?
