I have a Epson Color 600. It is cheaper than 350 (pretty sure). It ouput
at a max res. of 1440, and has nice crisp color, especially on epson paper.
I configured it pretty simply with ghostscript 5-10. It is well supported,
although, I prefer to compile my own (I am not sure if the uniprint/stcolor
driver
is installed in the redhat ghostview binaries.) It is slower than in
windoze, but I think that has to do with lpd and ghostview. I am happy with
it.
i wasn't happy with it until ghostview 5-10, though. That is when the uniprint
driver
was added i think.
