Hi everyone,
Well just wondering once i get a source rpm how do i explode it
. Some one told me that rpm -Uvh is the way to go is it the best way?? cos
i tried and it put a .gz in /usr/src/redhat/sources . my basic question
is after exploding and untgzing the file do i compile as normal or what
.If i compile as normal then rpm will have no track of that installation
and It would not know about the installation . Can i by any chance build
directly from an rpm file. Thanx for all your help
