I just tried to display citrix winframe to a redhat 5.2 machine and had
the X server crash all the way back to the console. Since this has never
happened before with winframe (on any of our linux machines) I went to
investigate and noticed that /usr/X11R6/bin/X is linked to something
called Xwrapper. When I relinked X directly to XF86_Mach64, the problem
went away.

Does anyone have any idea what the purpose of Xwrapper is?

It's plausible that the X server crash is unrelated to Xwrapper, but I'm
still curious.
