As amazing as the following story is, it is true. The night before last,
I discovered that my cable was out. I called the repair line, was told a
supervisor would call me in a few minutes, *and he did*. Even more
amazing, he told me that someone would be out that evening, and this too
was true. All told, I had working cable, with the repairman gone within
an hour or two of discovering its nonfunctionality. This guy was on 24-hr
call to fix cable (is it really that critical?).

If this were a FOAF story, I wouldn't believe it, but I experieced it
myself.

I apologize for the off-topicness of this post, but it was just so
shocking to discover that Time Warner _can_ have excellent service. I
hope this is more than a fluke.
