christ: here's the black screen of death that I'm getting on the linux box:

and then some other stuff.
- I ran a floppy linux and got the same message - otherwise redhat 5.1 is on
the hard drive. The floppy linux doesn't even mount the hard drive - so I
dont think it's badblocks or bad hard drive.
Maybe it's the blue-light-special-motherboard-syndrome.
Any ideas what's going on? It's been working fine for four months.
