I have a program lets just call it program.pl
It needs to run as root in order to copy certain files over.
I hate becoming root running the program and then exiting.
I thought that doing a
chmod 4777 program.pl
would set the program so that the program could
be called by me but run as root
this does not seem to work
just wondering what im doing wrong
i executed the chmod as root
