   Setup your machine to only allow from 128.83.0.0 or whatever happens to
be your subnet you want, and drop all other packets comming from
elsewhere.  I think nfs is udp port 2049, but I'd look that up first.  The
ipchains utility will let you set this up under 2.1/2.2 kernels, and
ipfwadm under 2.0.  Under BSD, it would be ipf or ipfw or something
similiar (but with different syntax).
