Well, is it really sensible to reply only to the list? What happens where the
sender ISN'T on the list? As a matter of course, I always include the sender in
the reply recipients.

Also, if your mailer doesn't put Cc:'d recipients in when you say Reply to All,
you have a broken mailer.

I'd *much* prefer to produce duplicates than leave someone out.
