I've been trying to find the Debian User Guide 2 and I don't feel like
shelling out the $40 from linuxpress.com, cheapbytes doesn't seem to
sell it ($6.99 for the 4cd set though), and pricescan.com can't find it
by ISBN number or name. Borders will order it for $38. I was hoping I
could get it fairly cheap, without having to resort to printing my own
copy. I know it's all online, but I'm somewhat old fashioned and I like
to have an installation manual in my hands when trying a new install.
