GNU software has been ported to NT: http://sourceware.cygnus.com/cygwin/ .
Very useful stuff.  There may be a telnetd in there, I can't
remember.  But I know that you can either download ssh and sshd
from http://www.lexa.ru/sos/ (I think the path to the pre-compiled binary is
http://dome.weeg.uiowa.edu/pub/domestic/sos/ports/ssh-1.2.26-cygwinb20.tar.bz2
but you probably should read his page first), or you can grab the
sources and compile it yourself once you have the gcc on your
machine.
