PPP for RedHat 5.1

Just looked at the files below

A complete linux-ppp-experience ready to roll into telesys from your Linux
(1.2.x-2.1.x) box, written by Chris McCraw <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> 

on the siglinux site.  I have these files ready in etc/ppp directory, and
was hoping someone could pass me some clues about where to go from here.
