Yes. (Though I'm using the Debian2.0 encapsulating-packages.) In
fact, sometime Netscape won't die properly, and multiple Netscape
processes are running, each with 50% or so CPU.
But this isn't strictly a Netscape problem -- I get it *ALL* the
time with Gnome 0.28, usually 50% panel and 50% gmc.
The really scary bit is that I barely notice near-100% cpu usage
on a pentrium-300.... :)
