Hey everybody!
I've settled my initial install of RH 5.1 and customized a few apps.
Right now I'm working on getting my X desktop customized, and wondered
if anyone knew of an RPM for ascp-0.9.1 or whichever is availible? OR,
if you could provide help for installing the gziped tarball, I don't
think if compiled properly
after trying to compile ascp-0.9.1, it seems some links or variables
were broken, :
# gcc -g -Wall `gtk-config --cflags` -c whandling.c
whandling.c: In function `write_whandling':
whandling.c:678: warning: unused variable `properties'
whandling.c:676: warning: unused variable `entry'
#gcc -g -Wall `gtk-config --cflags` -c wharf.c
wharf.c: In function `draw_with_pixmap':
wharf.c:1196: warning: unused variable `colormap'
wharf.c:1195: warning: unused variable `gdk_color'
gcc -g -Wall `gtk-config --cflags` -c xpm.c
Then, trying to exec ascp outputs :
$ ./ascp
** ERROR **: sigsegv caught
anybody? help!
Thanks for anything you could offer for help. I've tried poking around
the AfterStep page and their docs... but there's not much for ascp.
