I'm not sure what city. I understand that it's somewhere in South Africa.
My fiancee has confirmed that they do have an adoption program. She had
prepared a nice informative email for this list, but had some random
computer glitch eat it, and then realized that she really needed to be
studying for a test... Look for it soon.
