Not quite. 3.3.4 has just been released, without binaries, and
there will be a 3.3.5 release with binaries shortly.
The first *snapshot* pre-prelease of 4.0 is available, 3.9.15.
Only source -- and compiling X is (supposedly) a major undertaking.
