Hi all .... I am trying to write some linux programs and would like to
learn how I can create C libraries. Basically, from a C source file (no
'main' entry point) I would like to be able to learn how to make the
functions within the C source file to be linked both statically and
dynamically to a main C program.
Does anybody know how I can make lib<filename>.a files?
Does anybody know how I can make lib<filename>.a files that are
shared?
If somebody can help, I would extremmely appreciate it. Otherwise, please
point me to some informational web site or books.
