Wouldn't know... RR folks in El Paso claim this is proprietary information.
They could never give a straight answer either on why their network was
so slow (cough... dual T-1?). My 56k dial-in to UU is far more reliable
and much cheaper, too.

If Time Warner pays as much for bandwidth as other folks at SmartNAP,
I can certainly see why they'd be complaining ;) On the other hand, if
TW maintains its own nationwide network this would be a different story
(only *renting* rack space?) Folks at TW in ELP still rely heavily
on MCI/CW.
