Hey, I'm using RH 5.2 at work (it's the company-wide distro). I
installed the latest gnome rpms and e 15.something (except for gdm,
because gdm needs a new pam, and a new pam needs a new initscripts, and a
new initscripts needs kernel 2.2.x, and I don't feel like buggering with
the kernel for a window manager). All the rpms install smoothly.
But when I try to start gnome, E bombs out, saying it or one of
it's sub-libraries has seg faulted. ???
Has anyone succesfully done this? Any ideas?
