Steve Case of AOL will be the head of the new corporation (AOL
Time Warner) with Ted Turner and the CEO of Time Warner under
him.
I would dig up a reference from the NY Times, but my web proxy
at work appears to be on the fritz at the moment. I think it was
announced last week, maybe the week before. And yes, I would
characterize it as "scary."
