Is anyone having any problems with licq?
Sometimes im not able to connect like for several hours.
I have been using mirablis icq(win) with no problems, but now after
several tryes with licq, and in effort to connect , even windows icq
fails, and then it takes time to do the connection.
the network window shows me , that it times out opening socket to the
server.
