I'm thinking of putting a system together to do some funny
ethernet bridging (under Roadrunner). For peculiar reasons, partly just
because it's fun, and partly for security, I want to go non-x86.

So I'm looking at: alpha multia, sparc, and 68k macintosh.

The trouble is I need to fit duel nics. eBay is full of ancient,
cheap junk, I just don't know enough about the hardware. On Multia I think
there's both a free PCI and PCMCIA slot, on sparc there's several SBUS,
but on pre-PCI macs there's all kinds of slots.

Has anyone put duel-nics in any of the above?

                                                        -Alex
